ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey the land situated in S.No.384/1A at Melachembanmari Village Group, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering the petitioner's application and payment of chellan dated 08.10.2018. 2.Notice was ordered by this Court on 19.01.2021 and in response to the same, Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance on behalf of the respondents. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has paid only Rs.80/- towards measuring and surveying of the land instead of stipulated fee. He would therefore submit that if the petitioner pays the stipulated fee, the claim of the petitioner would be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

4.In consideration of the pleadings of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.585 of 2021 i) The petitioner is directed to make appropriate payment / charge towards measuring and surveying of the subject land within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. ii) The 1st respondent is directed to measure and survey the subject land within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the appropriate payment / charge.
