[The Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition inter alia alleging that the proposed overhead water tank is likely to be put up at a place, which is not suitable, at the instance of the fifth respondent.

2. Though the prayer sought for is not maintainable, taking note of the fact that the representation of the petitioner made to the first respondent has already been forwarded to the Superintending Engineer, Tamil Nadu Water and Sewerage Board, Ramanathapuram, we direct the said Authority to look into the same and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
