C.M.P.(MD)Nos.219 to 221 of 2025 in S.A.No.851 of 2003 R.KALAIMATHI , J., These miscellaneous petitions in C.M.P.(MD)Nos.219 to 221 of 2025 are filed to (i) condone the delay of 747 days in setting aside the abatement, (ii) set aside the abatement, (iii)bring on records of the proposed appellants/legal heirs of the deceased fourth appellant, respectively.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The learned counsel for the respondents 3, 12, 13 and 14 have no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

3. Considering the reasons that have been set out for the delay, set aside the abatment and to bring on records of the proposed appellants and also having been satisfied with the same, these petitions are allowed and Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the Second Appeal in S.A.No.851 of 2003.

4. Post the matter after four weeks.
