This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.379 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 379 of 2020 and also filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Nagercoil, on 05.02.2020 itself. 3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
