Pleased to allow this Criminal Revision petition and call for the records relating to order passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karur in C.A.No. 30 of 2017 dated 03.04.2017 in partly allowing the Jdugment in C.C.NO. 142 of 2015 dated 07.11.2016 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Karur and set aside the same. Pleased to cancel the order of bail dated 14.07.2017 in Crl. M.P. (MD) No. 6046 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.539 of 2017. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VILMA REXY V, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time period for surrender as well as to comply the condition order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7116 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.539 of 2017, dated 30.11.2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.1262 of 2023 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting suspension of sentence on 14.07.2017 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6046 of 2017 directed the accused to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Additional Sessions Court, Karur, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. He would further submit that since the petitioner has not complied with the above condition, the de-facto complainant has moved an application in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7116 of 2019 to cancel the bail order dated 14.07.2017 and this Court, by considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, has disposed of this petition and directed the petitioner to deposit the said amount on or before 09.12.2022. He would further submit that the erstwhile counsel passed away and thereby, there was a delay in the order copy being intimated to the petitioner and thereby, he seeks time to comply with the above condition.
3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Lower Court and to comply the condition order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7116 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.539 of 2017, dated 30.11.2022, from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Thereafter, no further extension will be given.
