PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2019 and direct the respondents to enter the petitioner's wife name Jeyasintharani as his nominee in the service register, within a time as stipulated by this Court.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to enter the petitioner's wife name Jeyasintharani in the service register, as his nominee.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
