Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order bearing Na.Ka.No.28/2009 dated 21.12.2009 and consequential order bearing Na.Ka.No.28/2009 dated 19.03.2010 issued by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to assess the property bearing Door No.2 and 3 in R.R.C 85-A, Shanmugma Street, Thirunagar, Madurai-625 006 in the name of the writ petitioner instead of her deceased mother Rajalakshmi.
