The petition has been filed by the Petitioner, seeking extension of time for surrendering before the Court concerned in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21389 of 2023, dated 28.11.2023.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondents.
3. Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 28.11.2023, made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21389 of 2023, is extended for a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
