Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.THIRUNAVUKKARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9715 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16328 of 2019, dated 18.12.2018.

petitioner is not complying with the condition. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
