ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 147, 148, 294(b), 506(ii) I.P.C and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.119 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the press reporter and he was reporting about the illegal activities and irritated over the report, the accused have attacked and caused damage worth about Rs.15,000/- to his vehicle. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a fisherman and on 09.6.2015, the petitioner was riding a two wheeler and the defacto complainant was coming by a car very close to the two wheeler and thereafter, wordy quarrel ensued and the defacto complainant had hit the vehicle of the petitioner and also dashed against him. In, the accident, the petitioner has sustained injury and he was admitted in a hospital and took treatment for one week and thereafter when the petitioner approached the respondent to register the complaint, which was not taken and a false case is registered against this petitioner. The learned counsel further submitted that after the petitioner lodged the complaint, he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

5. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
