ORDER

The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".

2.By order, dated 09.04.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.175 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible,

preferably on or before 31.12.2025.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.109/2026, dated 09.02.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further time to comply with the order, dated 09.04.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 09.04.2025. 20.02.2026 pal To The District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur.
