ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.12.2023 and consequently, to direct the respondents to cancel the Death Certificate in E.Sa.No. 43 of 2009 dated 19.10.2009 which was issued by the 4th respondent in the name of petitioner, who is alive as on date. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.12.2023 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
