This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Crime No.305 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police station and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate concerned, but the same was not taken on file. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
