The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the first respondent, under which the patta was granted in favour of the third respondent herein. This impugned order was challenged before the District Revenue Officer and the District Revenue Officer has already set aside the said impugned order of Revenue Divisional Officer by his order, dated 07.02.2012. When the order impugned in the writ petition has already set aside by the higher authority, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. 2/4
