ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents to give adequate police protection for fencing the petitioner's property situate in S.No.9/2 Palani Town, Dindigul District.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) accepts notice on behalf of the first and second respondents and on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner was registered in C.S.R.No.3 of 2021 and after enquiring the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5, both the parties were advised to resolve their dispute before a competent Civil Court. This was not refuted either by Mr.Gangai Amaran, learned counsel for the petitioner or by Mr.Prasanna Rajadurai, learned counsel, who appeared for the respondents 4 & 5.
