Memorandum of grounds of Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal as against the Judgment and decree dated 11.08.2016 made in H.M.C.M.A.No.4/2013 on the file of the 1st Additional District Judge, Thirunelveli reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 31.01.2013 in H.M.O.P.No.30 of 2007 on the file of the Additional Sub Judge, Tenkasi.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MADHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SELVAN, Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 121 days in representing the above Civil Revision petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

3. Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the ends of Justice, the delay is condoned on terms and accordingly, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
