ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2023 and to cancel the release deed in Doc No.945 of 2022 dated 20.06.2022 in the Sub Registrar Office, Madhagupatti, Sivagangai District.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
