The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 2 days in preferring the appeal, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.1333 of 2021 dated 17.09.2025 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Principal Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli.
2. Notice sent to the first respondent through Court returned as unclaimed but private notice served on him. Service held sufficient. No representation for the first respondent.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.
4. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
