Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent culminating in his impugned Lr.No.SE/MEDC/METRO/MDU/AEE/AE (G1)/F.HT SC 36/D.No.1419/12 dated 15.09.2012, quash the same and direct the respondents to continue the dedicated feeder status accorded to the petitioner for their HT SC No.36 which is being by fed the 33 KV Mill feeder of 110/33-11KV Arasaradi SS.

Heard the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents/TANGEDCO.
2. The learned Standing counsel seeks time since they want to engage the Additional Advocate General in this case.
3. I am unable to accept the said request for the simple reason that the case on hand is on the same footing and predicated on the same factual matrix on which W.P.(MD)No.7239 of 2013 was filed.
4. The learned Senior counsel pointed out that the said writ petition was allowed on 06.11.2020. A copy of the order was made available for my perusal. It is seen that the cases are identical.
5. For the reasons based on which W.P.(MD)No.7239 of 2013 was allowed, I quash the order impugned in this writ petition. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
