This Writ Petition is filed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.10.2010 for measuring and surveying the boundary of the temple land situated in S.No.128/2 at Valinokkam Village, Muthukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. 2.The petitioner has not stated any details as to how he is entitled to the title of the temple land. The entire affidavit is too sketchy and does not coherently make out any legal sense pointing towards any specific cause of action for this Court to entertain the writ petition.

3.The petitioner has simply stated that the boundaries need to be surveyed and measured. This Court is not able to understand as to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.683 of 2021 how the petitioner is entitled for even such a direction, in the absence of any material to support the claim of the petitioner that he is entitled to the temple land, in the first place. 4.In the said circumstances, this Court is of the view that the writ petition lacks its bona fides and the same is misconceived and the said prayer cannot be granted on the basis of bald averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. 5.This Court, therefore, finds no merits in the writ petition and therefore, the same is dismissed.
