JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.63 of 2005 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli, dated 20.04.2006 reversing the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.143 of 2004 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli, dated 24.09.2005.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal. He has given letter to the Registry to the said effect. 3.Recording the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
