ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.59 of 2019 on the files of the 4th respondent to the 3rd respondent or any other independent agency and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation in Crime No. 59 of 2019 and also filed final report before the concerned court and the same has been taken cognizance in PRC No. 41 of 2019 and thereafter the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions in SC.No.153 of 2019 on the file learned Additional Sessions Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
