The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the Block Development Officer under which the check signing power of the writ petitioner was withdrawn. The allegations in the impugned order relate to the previous tenure of the writ petitioner and hence, the same will not operate during the present tenure, unless the respondents finds any new allegations.
