ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as the second accused, who was remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 01.05.2015 for the alleged offence under Section 420 of I.P.C. based on the complaint in Crime No.286 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. The complaint was lodged on 20.06.2011 and the alleged occurrence took place on 18.06.2011 and the petitioner being a lady was arrested on 01.5.2015 and custodial interrogation of the petitioner is over. and investigation is nearing completion.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only)

with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
