When these writ petitions are taken up for hearing today (22.11.2021), the learned counsel for the petitioners in both Writ Petitions would submit that these writ petitions have become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in both writ petitions, these writ petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
