CRL MP(MD) No.616 of 2023 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.
4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20964 of 2022, dated 30.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners 1 to 4 shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders; and the fifth petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
