This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd Respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the complaint of the third Respondent, the second Respondent had conducted an enquiry. From the enquiry, it is found that prima facie case is made out against the Petitioner. Therefore, on instructions from the second Respondent, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the Respondent Police are likely to register a case against the Petitioner herein.
