This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to second respondent to consider the petitioner's written representation dated 01.04.2015 before filing the final report in Crime No.142 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The only grievance of the petitioner is that before filing final report, his case will also be considered by taking into consideration the written representation dated 01.04.2015 before the second respondent.

4. Considering the submission made, the second respondent is directed to consider the written representation of the petitioner dated 01.04.2015 before filing the final report.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
