PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying, to call for the records pursuant to the proceedings in the impugned FIR in Crime No.273 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023 on the file of the 1st respondent for the alleged offences under Sections 294(B), and 324 of Indian Penal Code and quash the same.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.273 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023 on the file of the first Respondent. 2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is the second accused in Crime No.273 of 2023. It is his further submission that there are no specific overt acts by the complainant in the complaint. Therefore, he seeks to quash the FIR against the Petitioner/A2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) by way of reply submits that the investigation had been completed and the final report was also laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi through e-filing.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed off with a 2/4

direction to the Petitioner to file appropriate petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi, if he is so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
