Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.It appears that one of the accounts standing in the name of the petitioner which had become NPA has since been regularised. The petitioner had availed jewel loan under three accounts. One account has already been settled. The learned standing counsel for the respondent bank states that if the petitioner clears the outstanding liability in respect of other two loan accounts, the pledged items will be returned to the petitioner. 3.Recording the submission of the respondent made through their learned standing counsel, the writ petition is disposed of.
