Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of both the respondents.
2.The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, seeking renewal of approval to the institute of the petitioner. The petitioner had given necessary applications on 25.11.2019 and again on 15.11.2021.
3.In the affidavit it had been stated that the petitioner has been running a type writing institute, rather what is called Technical Institute and had applied for renewal for the year 2020 vide application dated 25.11.2019. He claims that he had also paid necessary fees. Again, he had applied for renewal by a further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.450 of 2022 representation on 15.11.2021. This is an issue, which is entirely under the consideration of the respondents, who may, after application of mind, pass necessary orders.
4.It would only be proper that some order is passed on the application seeking renewal instead of keeping it pending. Without entering into any further discussion on the facts or on the averments made in the affidavit, a direction is given to the respondents, particularly, the second respondent to examine the representation of the petitioner and pass necessary orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order. 5.With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
