ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.1573 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vadamadurai Police Station, Dindigul District.

2. The learned Government Advoctate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent Police has completed the investigation and Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur in C.C.No.1 of 2024.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
