ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to file final report as expeditiously as possible, this petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and perused the records.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.48 of 2014, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
