O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to secure the offending Motor vehicle driven by the accused Sanjay Sharma two wheeler (Pulsar 220) vehicle bearing registration No. TN 57 AU 4163 and produce the same before the competent Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the vehicle has been secured and it has been produced before the RTO for motor vehicle inspection. He would further submit that appropriate steps will be taken in accordance with law.
