ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records connected with the case in C.C.No.196 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District and quash the same.

2.The matter was listed for admission on 23.06.2015. Thereafter, the matter was listed for more than three occasions, in which, the petitioner simply took adjournments and finally it was listed today.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner again seeks adjournment only. On perusal of records, it shows that till today, the matter has not been admitted and no notice was ordered to the respondent. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with this matter. 4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
