Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.1770/Ni/2018 dated 14.05.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent, transferring the petitioner from 2nd respondent Hospital to 3rd respondent Hospital and relieving him with immediate effect and quash the same as illegal. O R D E R

The petitioner had challenged the order of the second respondent dated 14.05.2018, by and under which the petitioner was transferred from the Government Medical College Hospital, Karur to the Government Medical College Hospital, B-Block, Omanthoorar Government Estate, Chennai.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced the order dated 18.05.2018 in Ref.No.29633/N1/2018, under which the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

impugned transfer order dated 14.05.2018 has been cancelled and the content of the said order dated 18.05.2018 is extracted hereunder:

"The transfer and posting order issued to Thiru.R.Karthick, Staff Nurse, Government Karur Medical College Hospital, Karur transferring and posting to Government Medical College B BLOCK Omandurar Chennai in the reference cited is hereby cancelled."

3. By order dated 18.05.2018, which has been extracted above, the impugned order dated 14.05.2018 has been cancelled by the first respondent. Hence, no further issue is pending for adjudication in this writ petition. Therefore, recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
