To set aside the judgment and decree passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil in MCOP No.4 of 2014 dated 05.10.2017. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SIVARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 446 days in representing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. The reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, is not satisfactory. But, one more opportunity to be given to put forth his case.
