ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused who was remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 18.05.2015 for the alleged offence under Section 379 IPC based on the complaint in Crime No.178 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3.The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner snatched the gold chain of the defacto complainant weight 1 1⁄4 sovereigns.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is over. The petitioner has been incarceration from 18.05.2015 and investigation is nearing completion.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 23/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
