RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on him by this Honourable Court vide order in Crl.M.P(MD).No.36/2019 dated 07/01/2019 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.20173/2018 dated 19/11/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.SIVABALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20173 of 2018 on 19.11.2018. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
