O R D E R
The instant writ petition has been filed by a Tahsildar, seeking a Mandamus as against the second respondent to forward the proposal to the first respondent as per the communication of the third respondent dated 18.07.2024.
2. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner, who is now working as a Tahsildar has made a request to the third respondent herein to include her name in the panel for Assistant in the year 2000. The said proposal has been forwarded by the third respondent to the second respondent on 18.07.2024. However, the second respondent has not yet forwarded the said proposal to the first respondent for passing final orders. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to forward the proposal submitted by the third respondent on 18.07.2024 to the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
