Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.RAMU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for extending the time to surrender as well as to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21941 of 2018, dated 24.01.2019. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to illness, the petitioner is unable to surrender before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the Court below in time and hence, he would pray for extending the

period of time.
