2.The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a Writ of Certiorari, seeking to quash the order of the respondent dated 17.09.2012 made in Na.Ka.B-1/854/2012.

3.The learned Government Counsel submitted that there is a subsequent development in the matter and pursuant to the directions issued in another writ petition, patta has been granted. The said submission is placed on record and it is held that no further orders are required in this matter.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
