ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A3 in Crime No.577 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w. 22(b) (ii) (B) and 8 (c) r/w. 20(b) of NDPS Act, Section. 14(A) of TNP Act and hence, seek bail.

2. According to the prosecution, the accused have found in possession of 1.250 gm of Kanja and 10 Srinches, and avil bottles.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they have not committed any offence and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners have no previous cases before the respondent police and major part of the investigation is over.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that major part of the investigation is over, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District for Principal Special Court and NDPS https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
