To modify the earlier conditions of appearing before the 1st respondent herein to a condition of appearing before the Thiruverumbur all Women Police Station, Trichy for complying with the other conditions passed by this Honble Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KRISHNAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents, the Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.14801 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1383 of 2022, dated 30.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.14801 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1383 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner no.1 shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioner nos.2&3 shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, on receipt of summons.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
