RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22601/2018 by this Honourable Court dated 30/01/2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.P.ALWIN BALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P(MD)No.22601 of 2018, dated 30.01.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P.

(MD).No.22601 of 2018, dated 30.01.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P(MD)No.22601 of 2018, dated 30.01.2019, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
