2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17967 of 2018 on 20.11.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17967 of 2018 on 20.11.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
