When this second appeal is taken up for hearing today, ie., 30.03.2026, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the sole appellant died and he is unable to contact his legal heirs. 2.Sufficient time has been granted to implead the legal heirs. Therefore, this second appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
