ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A2 who was remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 24.04.2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 302 and 120(B) of I.P.C based on the complaint in Crime No.379 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record. 3.The alleged occurrence took place on 23.04.2015 and based upon the confession statement given by the first accused, the petitioner was arrested on 24.04.2015.

4.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused being the wife of the deceased developed intimacy with the petitioner being A2 and she committed the alleged occurrence by mixing poison in the cool drink with connivance with the petitioner.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is over. The petitioner has been incarceration for nearly 2 months and investigation is nearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ completion.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following

conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 23/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
