3. The petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed by me on 16.12.2019. Of-course, the first petitioner is having previous cases to his credit. It appears that the petitioners are the main persons. Their role came to light following the arrest of the second accused. Since this is a case of breaking open and committing of theft, I am not inclined to grant relief.
