This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.368 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, a case in Crime No.368 of 2013 has been registered for the offences under Sections 406, 409, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468 and 469 of I.P.C. She further submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed on 23.01.2015, which is not taken on file.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed. The
